Landis Guilty or Innocent?

Floyd Landis is going to take his case before the Court of Arbitration in the coming months. This is his last chance to get his 2006 Tour de France title back. Landis has gone through every court imaginable so far, to get his title back, and every one has ruled against him. Lance Armstrong believes he is innocent, but the court system does not.

Landis has one step left and that is the Court of Arbitration for Sport. In a sport dominated by doping scandals can Landis ever truly win this case or has his name been tarnished forever? With everything that is going on Landis is going to need to convince the public that he was in fact clean and that everything done in the lab was wrong. However in this day and age, that is going to be very hard to do because once your name is attached to doping, the public rules that you are a doper. Should Landis just take his medicine and realize that maybe all this science is correct, or does he really have a case here? What do you think? Do you think Landis is right and the labs conducted bad tests to frame him on purpose? Or do you think that Landis is just trying to save his public persona even though he really is guilty?
